BDSizer - Image editor

Easily to use, define dimension and specific size of the target image then resize before continue to image editing. Working on the frame image, you can add all information needs related to image. The image caption mode allowing us to arrange the captain text position, font and border. Just select it as the default configure inside. With this feature, you can choose to add copyright text and place the position as you own.

I just use the version 2.3.1 during testing and now the new version of 3.3.0 available with improving on some features to support your needs.
